Refund policy
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through Lilly-Ann Studio.
14-Day Return Period
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods..
If the order has already been shipped, the standard return conditions apply. Items must be returned in their original condition as described above.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing or unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
